The Academy commits that participant's consent will be sought should their information be used for any other purpose other than for the Academy's internal administrative usage.

We may send you promotional emails and updates about the Academy's programmes, events, and news. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

• •Updating your preferences in your parent portal account

Please note that opting out of marketing emails will not affect essential communications related to your enrolment, billing, or class schedules.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are strictly necessary — they keep you signed in to the parent portal and remember your display preferences. Others help us understand how the site is used and how people find us.

We use the following third-party services on this website. Some are based outside Singapore, which means limited data (such as your IP address, browser and the pages you view) is processed overseas:

• •Google Analytics — how visitors find and move through the site
• •Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures which adverts and posts lead to trial enquiries
• •Metricool — social media and website traffic reporting
• •Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights — hosting, page performance and uptime
• •Google Maps — only loads on our Contact page, and only after you click to open the map
• •Supabase — the secure database holding portal accounts and enrolment records (hosted in Singapore)
• •HitPay — processes card and PayNow payments; card details go directly to HitPay and are never stored by us
• •Resend — delivers our emails and records whether an email was opened or a link clicked

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use these tools to identify individual children.

Parent/Guardian grants permission for the public display of any studio visual images (including without limitation any photographs, videos or likeness) that the student may appear in and that which the Academy may use in its marketing or promotion materials, including but not limited to the Academy's websites and/or other materials.

If you wish to withdraw this permission, please contact us in writing at customer-service@biankapanova.com.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. When your data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
