Photo & Video Usage
Parent/Guardian grants permission for the public display of any studio visual images (including without limitation any photographs, videos or likeness) that the student may appear in and that which the Academy may use in its marketing or promotion materials, including but not limited to the Academy's websites and/or other materials.
If you wish to withdraw this permission, please contact us in writing at customer-service@biankapanova.com.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. When your data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
Children's Privacy
We take the privacy of children seriously. All student information is collected and managed through parent/guardian accounts. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without parental consent.
